Pab CuamFuneral Donation Ledger

A simple, respectful way to record every gift that helps a Hmong funeral take place — and to hand the family a clear, honest account of the community’s kindness.

Phau ntawv sau kev pab cuam rau kev pam tuag — yooj yim rau tsev neeg thiab tus coordinator.

  1. 1. Set up the funeral record

Enter the deceased person’s name, dates, venue, and family contact — one respectful form, in English or with Hmong/RPA labels.

  2. 2. Enter donations as they arrive

Cash, checks, food, flowers, supplies, or volunteer hours — each gift is recorded with who gave it, what it was, and who received it.

  3. 3. Share the totals

Watch the running summary grow, then export a clean Excel or CSV file or print a report to thank the family.

Donation information is used only for funeral coordination, acknowledgments, and temple reporting. Donor contact details stay private and are hidden from view-only access. Read the privacy notice.
